Service Description

StartupSubmit provides a manual submission service for startups to various online directories and platforms. We also offer curated lists and other marketing services as described on our website.

Payments and Fees

All services are offered on a one-time payment basis unless otherwise stated. Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment providers (Stripe). By purchasing a service, you agree to pay the specified fees.

Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds once a sale is made. Due to the labor-intensive nature of our manual submission process, we cannot offer refunds after purchase.

  • No Refunds: Once payment is processed, the sale is final. No exceptions.
  • Directory Submissions: We do not guarantee acceptance by any specific directory as this is subject to the directory's own review process and guidelines. Non-acceptance by a directory does not qualify for a refund.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information about your startup or business entity for the submission process. We are not responsible for any errors, rejections, or legal issues arising from inaccurate information provided by you.

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of WEB SPARKED LLC and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of the United States and foreign countries.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall WEB SPARKED LLC, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page.
